You can cycle each phase for as long as you like, depending on your goals

Beginner Phase

4 Weeks

Designed to guide total beginners through the journey of fitness. Exercises are chosen for their simplicity, with gradual increase in complexity to help prepare for the more advanced and intricate exercises & workouts.

Hypertrophic Phase

3 Weeks

Focusing solely on building muscle, with the added experience of the first phase we have introduced compound and isolating movements. Each week is formulated to initiate protein synthesis every 48 hours for maximal muscle building.

Strength Phase

3 Weeks

The most complex phase of the program, with the goal of incresing strength, we bring in the concept of RPE and low-rep training. It is not recomended to start this phase if you haven't finished the previous phases, as it is very high intensity.

Can I repeat each phase for as long as I want?

Yes! The main point is that you can repeat each phase for as long as you want, especialy the last two phases. You can repeat the fisrt phase until you feel comfortable moving to the next phase.

If I feel tired should I still go wrokout?

Unless you are sick or injured in some kind of way, make it a habit to go to the gym, the workout plan gives your the road its up to you to take it!

Do I need to have access to gym equipment for this workout plan?

Yes, the workout plan is solely planned around a gym, there are some exercises you can do at home on the first phase but almost every exercise requires equipment.

How many days a week do I have to workout?

This workout plan is designed for 4 days a week, for the reason most of us are busy doing other things but still want to get in great shape but dont have enough time. You can repeat the leg day once more if you want to go 5 days a week.
