Beginner Phase

Beginner Phase

Total Duration: 4 Weeks

The first phase, called the beginner phase, is focused on making you accustomed to the gym, with simple exercises. It's designed to get you familiar with the machines, breathing techniques, resting between sets and the most importantly learning different exercise techniques and having the right form. Every exercise with each passing week gets gradualy more complex and every exercise before it, is a stepping stone for you to learn the best technique and from on the main exercises such as Bench Press, Squat and Deadlift. In this phase you will also learn gym "Vocabulary", what are barbells, dumbbells, sets, reps etc.

Hypertrophic Phase

Hypertrophic Phase

Total Duration: 3 Weeks

The second phase, named Hypertrophic Phase focused only on generating muscle hypertrophy. Hypertrophy is the increase in the volume of an organ or tissue due to the enlargement of its component cells. Utilizing all the knowledge gained from the first phase, we've now put more complex and challenging exercises. Each workout in this phase is designed to initiate protein synthesis, the main way the body generates muscle, this process happens for 48~hours. The Hypertrophic Phase is centered around this process, and maximizes it by initiating protein synthesis every 48 hours, so muscle building is optimized as much as it can.

Strength Phase

Strength Phase

Total Duration: 3 Weeks

The third phase, as the name suggests focuses only on strength, mainly on increasing the weight on three main exercises: the Bench Press, Squat and Deadlift. This phase is reserved for last for two main reasons. First, the training during these weeks is highly taxing on the body, as a beginner it is extremely hard to endure. Secondly, the training is more intricate than the previous phases, with the introduction of RPE (which is explained in depth in the workout plan) and the complexity of the movements during the workouts makes it adequate for experienced lifters, which you have gained in the previews phases.
